5 things to do this Easter weekend
Easter weekend is nearly here, and it’s the perfect excuse to switch up your routine. From cute springtime activities to full-on chill mode, here are 5 ways to make the most of the long weekend, ‘cos let’s be real - uni has been a lot lately.
1. Plan an Easter brunch
Nothing says “long weekend” like brunch with your besties. Pancakes? Yes. Avocado toast? Obviously. If you’re feeling fancy, host your own at home and make it ✨aesthetic✨.
2. Go on a cute spring walk
Spring is finally here, so it’s time to romanticise your life. Try a spring colour walk where you choose a colour and try to spot it during your walk. It’ll make you focus on the present and what’s (literally) in front of you!
3. Bake something Easter themed
Easter baking is the moment. Whip up some cute little cupcakes, brownies, or those classic mini egg nests. And what if it doesn’t go to plan? Just eat the ingredients straight from the bowl in true student style.
4. Do absolutely nothing (and enjoy every second)
No plans? No problem. Laying in bed, binge-watching TikToks, and ignoring responsibilities is a very valid Easter weekend activity. Sometimes, the best plan is no plan at all.
5. Go to an Easter farmer’s market
Spring markets are a thing, and they’re full of sweet stalls, good food, and all of the Easter vibes. Whether you’re there for the snacks or just an overpriced iced latte, it’s a solid way to spend the day.
However you spend the Easter weekend, make sure you take some time to chill, recharge, and (ofc) eat your body weight in chocolate.
