Part A

1. Promoter: The promoter is Myunidays Limited of 2 Castle Boulevard, Nottingham, NG7 1FB, UK.

2. Eligibility a. To enter this competition you must be aged 18 years old or over. By entering the competition, you confirm that you are 18 years old or over. b. This competition is not open to: i. employees of the Promoter or its subsidiary companies; ii. employees of agents of the Promoter or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or iii. members of the immediate families or households of (i) and (ii) above.

c. The Promoter will not accept and will not count competition entries that are: i. automatically generated by a computer (including systems which can be programmed to purchase) or by macros; ii. completed by third parties or in bulk; iii. illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with; or iv. Incomplete orders d. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed. e. Participants must have a verified UNiDAYS account during the competition period. f. By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition and if you cannot, you may be disqualified from the competition. h. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent the condition in (2)(c)(i), for example by masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to participate in the competition, that participant will be disqualified and any prize awarded will be void.

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions a. Together the “Part A - Standard Competition Terms”, “Part B - Specific Competition Terms” and Schedule 1 - “Sponsor Terms and Conditions” constitute the Terms and Conditions applicable to the competition. b. Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully and make sure that you understand them, before taking part in the competition. By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Data Protection a. If you are the winner of the competition, you agree that the Promoter may use your name, image and town, county or region of residence to announce the winner of this competition and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes. b. By entering, you agree that if you win, you will participate, for no additional fee, in any reasonable publicity arranged by the Promoter or the Sponsor, and their respective agents or suppliers. c. By entering the competition, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the competition entry may be held and used only by the Promoter or its Sponsor, and their respective agents and suppliers to administer the competition and for the purposes set out in these Terms and Conditions. d. Any personal information collected by the Promoter will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws. e. By entering this competition you agree that the Promoter may use the data collected from you for the purposes of sending you marketing communications on sales and promotions operated by the Promoter. The data will not be disclosed by the Promoter to any other organisation that is not associated with the Promoter unless you have opted in to such communications when entering the competition.

3. Ownership of competition entries and intellectual property rights a. All competition entries and any accompanying material submitted to the Promoter will become the property of the Promoter on receipt and will not be returned. b. By submitting your competition entry and any accompanying material, you agree to: i. assign to the Promoter all your intellectual property rights with full title guarantee; and ii. waive all moral rights, in and to your competition entry and otherwise arising in connection with your entry to which you may now or at any time in the future be entitled under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 as amended from time to time and under all similar legislation from time to time in force anywhere in the world. c. Where applicable, by submitting your competition entry you confirm that: i. the competition entry is an original entry and has not been copied wholly or substantially from any other source; ii. you are the owner of all rights in the competition entry; iii. your entry is not defamatory or offensive; and iv. your entry does not infringe the rights of any third-party. d. Where applicable, to the extent that your competition entry includes a third-party image, you confirm that any rights arising in such image have been waived for that use. If an image is of a person under 18, parental or guardian consent must be provided. e. You hereby agree to provide evidence of any required consents at the Promoter’s request. If you fail to provide such evidence, the Promoter may, in its sole discretion, disqualify you from entering the competition.

4. Promoter’s Rights a. If the Promoter reasonably believes you have breached these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter may exclude you from participating in the competition. b. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to hold void, suspend or withdraw, the competition at any time, where it becomes necessary to do so as a result of events outside of its control.

5. Limitation of Liability a. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for withdrawal of the competition, system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to lost, delayed or not received entries or winner notifications that are the result of events outside of the Promoter’s control. b. The Promoter or its agents will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries as a result of technical malfunction, systems, network, server, computer hardware or software failures or otherwise. c. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the fault of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees.

7. Governing law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed under the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from, or related to, your use of the service shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Part B –

1. Additional eligibility criteria This competition is only open to residents in the UK

2. Entry Mechanics a. The competition will run from 00.00 GMT on 25th August 2017 (the “Opening Date”) to 23.59 GMT on 30th September 2017 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive. b. All competition entries must be received by no later than the Closing Date. All competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified. c. To enter the competition, you must hold a verified, non-suspended UNiDAYS account, and access the competition entry through the Glide link on the Promoter’s website. You will then be redirected to the Sponsor’s competition page. d. In order to enter the competition, you must sign up to the Sponsor’s services, in accordance with its competition terms and conditions attached at Schedule 1, and ensure that you meet all of their entry requirements as set out in that document (“Qualifying Purchase”). . e. Each Qualifying Purchase shall constitute one entry to the competition. Each member may only make one Qualifying Purchase.

e. A Qualifying Purchase is necessary; and an internet connection may be required.

1. The Prize a. The prize is a ‘Free Bills for a Year’ package provided by the Sponsor, further details of which are set out in Schedule 1(“Prize”). Please note that at all times, the provision of the Prize is at the Sponsor’s discretion, and the Promoter shall have no responsibility for any changes to the Prize. b. There is 1 Prize to be won. c. Prizes are subject to availability. d. There is no cash alternative for the Prize. e. The Prize is supplied by Glide (the “Sponsor”).

2. Deciding the winner(s) The winning entry will be selected by the Sponsor in accordance with the terms of Schedule 1 .

3. Winner announcement a. The winner of the competition will be picked by the Sponsor and contacted by them in accordance with the Schedule 1 terms. Details of how the prize will be claimed are set out in Schedule 1 b. The decision of the Sponsor is final and no correspondence or discussion can be be entered into with the Promoter in respect of the Prize or the selection of the winner.

4. Claiming the Prize a. The winner will be contacted by the Sponsor in accordance with the terms of Schedule 1. b. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the Prize. c. The winner is responsible for ensuring that they are eligible and have all required documentation, permissions, consents or other means required to participate in the Prize.

5. Supplemental Terms and Conditions In addition to these Terms and Conditions, the Supplier has a separate set of terms and conditions that will apply to you as set out in Schedule 1 (the “Sponsor’s Terms and Conditions”).

In the event of a conflict between the Promoter’s Terms and Conditions and the Sponsor’s Terms and Conditions, the Sponsor’s Terms and Conditions will take precedence.

SCHEDULE 1 - Sponsor Terms and Conditions

• Competition Terms & Conditions: Glide Free Bills for a Year

• The promoter is Glide Utilities Ltd (company no. 06194523) whose registered office is at Alpha Tower, Suffolk Street Queensway, Birmingham, B1 1TT ("Glide").

• The prize is for free gas, electricity, water, TV Licence and Standard Broadband supplied by Glide for a calendar year (up to a maximum of £3,000 inclusive of VAT) to your property.

• Your property must be for domestic purposes only and in mainland Britain (we can't supply you if your property is in Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands).

• You must be at least 18 years old, or if your property is in Scotland at least 16 years old.

• By signing up to a Glide service package in accordance with that package’s terms and conditions during the period of 25th August 2017 to 30 September 2017 via UNiDAYS and the UNiDAYS affiliate link you will automatically be entered into the competition.

• The supply of services is subject to Glide's domestic terms and conditions which can be found at a href="/terms/domestic">glide.co.uk/terms/domestic.

• The free period of one calendar year will commence from the later of either the date on which the prize is won or the date on which Glide starts supplying the first service.

• Employees of Glide or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition

• There is no entry fee to enter this competition.

• Closing date for entry will be 23:59 GMT on 31st August 2017. After this date and time, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

• The prize will not include gas if your property does not have a gas supply.

• The prize will not include telephone or broadband if your property is in Hull.

• The prize will not include water if your property is in Scotland.

• No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

  • Glide reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of Glide's control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by Glide.

• Glide is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with the competition.

• No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The prize is not transferrable to another person or to another property.

• The winner will be chosen at random from all entries received and verified by Glide and/or its agents.

• The winner will be notified by email and/or telephone within 14 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

• Glide will notify the winner how the prize can be collected.

• Glide's decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

• By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

• The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material.

• The winner's name will be available 14 days after the closing date by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to Glide.

• Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant's prior consent.

• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other social network. You are providing your information to Glide and not to any other party. • The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
