WHAT ARE THEY SELLING?!

Seeing as July 7th is World Chocolate Day, we figured the best way to celebrate was mixture of delicious pop culture moments and some pretty sweet recipes. So go on, treat yo self because isn't that what World Chocolate Day is all about?

Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory

Obviously we're going to start the party off with Willy Wonka. Whether you're watching the original or the remake, we can all agree that the candy man can do anything.

Mocha pops

Great for a hot summer's day, these mocha pops are the perfect blend of chocolate and coffee (and are the perfect way to start your day off).

Spongebob Squarepants

Probably one of the most iconic scenes from the show. I bet you're already saying "CHOCOLATE?!" in the voice. I don't blame you. I quote this at least once a week... to myself.

Giant double chocolate cookies

Double the chocolate, double the fun... am I right or am I right? You can make a whole batch for yourself or share them with friends. You can dip them in milk or just eat them on your own. The sky's the limit really.

Oh Bruce. This scene stresses me out because that cake looks hella rich and rich cakes lead to pretty bad stomachaches (wow... even writing about it I'm having flashbacks). That being said, Bruce is a champ and I have to admit the cake does look pretty good.

This is LITERALLY the recipe from the film (minus the extra flavor Minnie put it). Nothing says Summer like a good ol' fashioned chocolate pie.

A public pool plus a discarded candy bar makes for a stressful time. I mean, if YOU saw that in the pool what would be your first thought?

You can buy a candy bar OR you can make your own fudge. The choice is up to you really. My vote is fudge though.

Goonies never say die! Candy can bring even the fiercest of foes together. Just look at the friendship formed between Chunk and Sloth over a Baby Ruth.

Cookies are also a great way to make friends. Everybody loves the person that brings cookies to a party and cookie bars are just a more substantial form of cookies.
