What the song said đ
Youâve clicked on this blog WHICH MEANS exams are being annoying AF right now and you need some tips on how to keep your mind & soul calm đ§
First off, we just wanna say that youâre doing amazing - keep up the hard work! And, luckily for you, there is a finish line and itâs right on the horizon âšTo save your sanity rn though, weâve included some tips here - so get to scrolling!
Zoom Out
You need some PERSPECTIVE. Yep, the good ole POV. Ask anyone who isnât in class anymore and theyâll tell you that one âbadâ grade wonât destroy your chances of reaching your dream career. Honestly speaking, in a few years from now you wonât even remember the specific marks you got on your exams or assignments - which is comforting right?
But, donât forget that itâs completely valid to mourn a âbadâ paper or result just donât let it rule your life. Once youâve said the eulogies for that grade, think about how you can improve for your next deadline. Maybe you need to consult with your lecturer, get some tutoring or participate in a study group. Get productive and actively try to change up your numbers đȘ
FOOD FOOD FOOD!
With all of the not-so-lit feelings of deadlines period, eating legit meals may not be at the top of your priority list. BUT we got some ways to curb that, âcause if you do want the best results possible you gotta feed yourself (not just junk food either đ). Also, do yourself a favour, buy this bottle (for 15% Off when you use our Typo discount) and chug down 2 litres of water DAILY!
P.S. If you need an extra energy hit throughout the day opt for a protein shake, I recommend this one âcause itâs DELICIOUS, filling and you can get it for 35% Off!
Schedule In A Break
Seems funny to say, but you gotta set aside 30 mins to an hour daily to recharge;
- Catch up with an ep of your current fave show
- Do a yoga flow
- Go on a walk
- Try some online shopping
- Or just opt to spend some time with your people/animals

Youâre more important than these approaching deadlines, so make sure that you always put yourself first. Self-care will actually strengthen your productivity,
âPeople that look after themselves [and practice self-care] do have better cognitive ability. They do have better focus and they do have better concentration⊠they tend to actually produce more.â
As stated by Dr. Russell Thackeray, a licensed clinical psychologist.
(Soz, for the reference but the data doesnât lie đ€·).
