First off, we just wanna say that you’re doing amazing - keep up the hard work! And, luckily for you, there is a finish line and it’s right on the horizon ✹To save your sanity rn though, we’ve included some tips here - so get to scrolling!

Zoom Out

You need some PERSPECTIVE. Yep, the good ole POV. Ask anyone who isn’t in class anymore and they’ll tell you that one “bad” grade won’t destroy your chances of reaching your dream career. Honestly speaking, in a few years from now you won’t even remember the specific marks you got on your exams or assignments - which is comforting right?

But, don’t forget that it’s completely valid to mourn a “bad” paper or result just don’t let it rule your life. Once you’ve said the eulogies for that grade, think about how you can improve for your next deadline. Maybe you need to consult with your lecturer, get some tutoring or participate in a study group. Get productive and actively try to change up your numbers đŸ’Ș

FOOD FOOD FOOD!

With all of the not-so-lit feelings of deadlines period, eating legit meals may not be at the top of your priority list.
