As a follower of ‘Prosecco Watch’ on Facebook and Instagram, it’s fair to say that I’m a fan of the fizzy stuff. So when I found out about an actual prosecco festival in the summer in London, I totally, totally lost it. Prosecco + Italian Food = Happy Olivia.
