Neverland - London

Fed up of city life and craving a tropical escape? There’s one right in the heart of London. This season, Fulham Beach have adopted a jungle concept complete with themed pergolas and sand beneath your feet. There are plenty of activities to enjoy when you’re not sunbathing, including cocktail masterclasses, outdoor cinema screenings and two pop-up restaurants.

Skylight - London

Another fab place to chill out under the sun this May is Skylight, a rooftop in Tobacco Dock with stunning views of the city. Take your mates to catch the FA Cup Finals, or have a little healthy competition playing croquet and pétanque with a cocktail in hand. You can even hire your own space and create a tailor-made drinks package to keep you going as the sun (hopefully) begins to beat down.

The Mind Palace - London

This day under the sun promises stunning BBQ street food, refreshing cocktails and a market hall full of hot sauce vendors to add a little extra sizzle to your afternoon.

Summer Cocktail Experience - Leeds

Is there anything better than an ice cold cocktail when the sun’s out? Not likely. This summer festival is the first of its kind in Leeds, bringing together the best bars the city has to offer.
