Our buddies over at ASOS sure know how to do denim properly. They've got some incredible pieces that are nailing the all denim everything trend that's hit our high street and I've chosen 7 of my favourite pieces to share with you!

Distressed nature

Perfect denim? No thanks! Think bleach, rips, cheese-grated knees, and frayed edges. I love this Nineties feel washed black with bleach effect dress because it would look great with a simple white tee underneath or just on it's own for summer holiday style!

If distressed denim is new to your wardrobe then choose a classic jacket or pair of ripped knee jeans to ease you into the trend. This ASOS super ripped jacket would look great with (non-ripped) black denim jeans and a casual striped t-shirt. These Ridley skinny jeans in super ripped dark denim might be a bit too ripped for a beginner to the trend but they're great for someone who's ventured into the land of the stylish rips before! Statement jackets

The next way to nail the denim trend is with a jacket that really makes a statement! Whether you're still into the patches and badges game or you want to really say something with some embroidery, I've got two jackets that you'll love! First up, the Tommy Hilfiger Gigi Hadid bomber jacket is pricey, we'll give you that but you can always use your student discount, remember! It's just stunning with the amazing detail on the back, though, I love it! Next up in Jacketsville is this Only embroidered denim jacket which is a much more purse-friendly price and still makes a statement without being crazy! I think it's a really easy piece to fit into your wardrobe.

Frayed edges

Finally, denim wouldn't be denim without some frayed edges. This Vale frayed hem dark denim top and the stunningly ugly/beautiful contrast frayed edge straight leg jeans are easy ways to add the trend into your normal wardrobe. Both of these pieces will go with your favourite plain and simple tops and failsafe jeans!
