• 110g plain flour

• 300ml milk

• 1 tbsp melted butter (plus extra for frying)

Method:

1. Whisk the flour, eggs, and salt together in a bowl

2. Gradually add the milk, whisking until smooth. Stir in the melted butter

3. Heat a little butter in a frying pan over medium heat

4. Pour in a ladle of batter, tilting the pan so it spreads thinly
