After setting up London’s first 100% vegan chip shop, Sutton & Sons have created a signature recipe made from banana blossom that’s marinated on seaweed and samphire before being battered. The Hackney restaurant also serves fish-free scampi, tofish, and vegan pies, just like your classic chippie.
