Temp Disconnects

And sometimes, when nothing else can calm your beating heart it’s best to take a break, from everything. Keep your phone on airplane mode and shut off your devices, it’s time to destress the old fashioned way.

Bring out your favourite book, take a stroll or gather with your friends and spill everything on your mind. Don’t be afraid to reconnect with the outside world, because it’s often the best way to calm you down from the inside-out.

We also do recommend reaching out to Reach Out, Headspace, Batyr or Beyond Blue if you’d like to connect with a therapist. You know your body best, trust it and use your judgement.

Life is definitely more of a roller coaster than a highway drive, but that doesn’t mean you need to let the 'what ifs' distract you from the here & now. TC of yourself, and remember that YOU should always be your first priority 💝
