Part A – Standard Sweepstakes Terms

Promoter The promoter of this Sweepstakes is Myunidays Limited, registered at 2 Castle Boulevard, Nottingham, NG7 1FB, UK (the “Promoter”). This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Apple Inc. or its subsidiaries or affiliates in any manner

1. Eligibility a. To enter this Sweepstakes you must be at least 18 years of age and must be the rightful holder of a verified UNiDAYS account at all times. The Sweepstakes are free to enter and no purchase is necessary. b. This Sweepstakes is not open to (i) employees of the Promoter or its subsidiary companies, (ii) employees of agents of the Promoter or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the Sweepstakes or its administration; and/or members of the immediate families of such ineligible individuals. c. The Promoter will not accept and will not count Sweepstakes entries that are: i. automatically generated by a computer (including systems which can be programmed to vote) or by macros; ii. completed by third parties or in bulk; iii. illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with; and/or iv. incomplete. d. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed. e. Entrants must have a verified UNiDAYS® account during the Sweepstakes. f. For all Sweepstakes involving social media channels, the following eligibility criteria apply (as amended from time to time): i. Twitter – you must “follow” @UNiDAYS and include an @UNiDAYS mention in your entry; ii. Facebook – you must “Like” the UNiDAYS Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/unidays); iii. Instagram – you must “follow” @UNiDAYS; and/or iv. Snapchat – you must “follow” UNiDAYS on Snapchat. g. By entering the Sweepstakes, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Sweepstakes and if you cannot, you may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. h. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent the condition in (2)(c)(i), for example by masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to participate in the Sweepstakes, such entrant will be disqualified and any related prize awarded will be voided.

2. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions a. Together, “Part A - Standard Sweepstakes Terms” and “Part B - Specific Sweepstakes Terms” constitute the entire Terms and Conditions applicable to the Sweepstakes. b. Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully and make sure that you understand them, before taking part in the Sweepstakes. By submitting an entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

3. Data Protection a. If you are a winner of a Sweepstakes, you agree that the Promoter may use your name, image, and town, county, or region of residence to announce the winner(s) of this Sweepstakes and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes. b. By entering, you agree that if you win, you may be requested to participate, for no additional fee, in any reasonable publicity related to the Sweepstakes arranged by the Promoter, its agents or suppliers. c. By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree that any information provided by you with your Sweepstakes entry may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer the Sweepstakes and for the purposes set out in these Terms and Conditions. d. Any personal information collected by the Promoter will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws. e. By entering this Sweepstakes you agree that the Promoter may use the data collected from you for internal research purposes in accordance with applicable data protection laws. If you have already agreed to receive marketing communications from UNiDAYS, then you agree that the Promoter may use the data collected from you the purposes of sending you marketing communications on sales and promotions operated by the Promoter. The data will not be disclosed by the Promoter to any other organisation that is not associated with the Promoter unless you have opted in to such communications when entering the Sweepstakes.

1. Ownership of Sweepstakes entries and intellectual property rights All Sweepstakes entries and any accompanying material submitted to the Promoter will become the property of the Promoter on receipt and will not be returned. In accordance with all applicable laws, by submitting your entry and any accompanying materials, you agree to (i) assign to the Promoter all relevant intellectual property rights, and (ii) waive all moral rights in and to your entry and otherwise arising in connection with your entry to which you may now or at any time in the future be entitled under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 as amended from time to time and under all similar legislation from time to time in force anywhere in the world.

Where applicable, by submitting your entry, you confirm that: i. the entry is an original entry and has not been copied wholly or substantially from any other source; ii. you are the owner of all rights in the entry; iii. your entry is not defamatory or offensive; and iv. your entry does not infringe the rights of any third-party. d. Where applicable, to the extent that your Sweepstakes entry includes a third-party image, you confirm that any rights arising in such image have been waived for that use. If an image is of a person under 18, parental or guardian consent must be provided. e. You hereby agree to provide evidence of any required consents at the Promoter’s request. If you fail to provide such evidence, the Promoter may, in its sole discretion, disqualify you from the Sweepstakes.

1. Promoter’s Rights a. If the Promoter, in its sole discretion, believes you have breached these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter may exclude you from participating in the Sweepstakes and/or refuse to deliver you a prize. b. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to hold void, suspend or withdraw, the Sweepstakes at any time.

2. Limitation of Liability; Releases a. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for withdrawal, cancellation, or modification of the Sweepstakes or system errors or other issues that may result in disruption and/or lost, delayed or incomplete entries or winner notifications. b. The Promoter and its agents will not be responsible for issues related to entries as a result of technical malfunction, system issues, network issues, server issues, computer hardware issues, or software failures or otherwise. c. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter will not, in any circumstances, (i) be responsible or liable for to compensate the winner or (ii) accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of the prize or anything related to the Sweepstakes, except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter. d. Insofar as is permitted by law, by entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant releases and discharges the Promoter and any other party associated with the development or administration of the Sweepstakes from any and all liability whatsoever in connection with the Sweepstakes.

4. Governing law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed under the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from, or related to, your use of the service shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Part B – Specific Sweepstakes Terms

1. Additional eligibility criteria This Sweepstakes is only open to individuals physically present in the United Kingdom.

2. Entry Mechanics a. The Sweepstakes will run from 09.00am BST on 25/02/2020] (the “Opening Date”) until 23.59pm BST on 02/03/2020 (the “Closing Date”). b. All Sweepstakes entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than the Closing Date. All entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified. c. To enter the Sweepstakes, you must have the latest version of the UNiDAYS app to enter via the posts found on the app, UNiDAYS page or app inbox. Each day there will be a new entry mechanic, as follows: Day 1 - click enter on the voucher giveaway post.

d. No purchase necessary. Internet connection may be required.

1. The Prize a. The prizes are as follows: Day 1 - 1x £1000 worth of vouchers from one of the brand (winner to choose partner. Vouchers must be available to purchase online Day 2 - 10 x £100 Amazon vouchers to giveaway. All you need to do is enter a poll and answer the quiz question correctly. b. There is one prize to be won. c. Prizes are subject to availability. d. There is no cash alternative for the prize. Prizes are not negotiable or transferable. e. The prize is supplied by UNiDAYS (the “Supplier”). The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of similar value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.

2. Deciding the winner(s) The winning entry or entries will be selected at random on or after the Closing Date (the “Announcement Date”).

3. Winner announcement a. The decisions of the Promoter are final. b. A list of winners (including surname, county/region and winning entry) will be available for 30 days from the Announcement Date. The list of winners is available upon sending a written request including a stamped self-addressed envelope to the Promoter at: 2 Castle Boulevard, Nottingham, NG7 1FB, UK. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

4. Claiming the prize A. The winner(s) will be contacted by email within 30 days of the Announcement Date. b. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted, is not available, or has not claimed their prize within 7 days of the Announcement Date, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected in the same manner. c. The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf. d. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to accept or utilise the prize.
