The ultimate breakfast smoothie recipe

Mornings are hard, but you know what makes them better? A thick, delicious, protein-rich smoothie that actually keeps you full.

This smoothie is ideal if you’re hitting the gym or just trying to survive your 9am lecture!

What you’ll need:

  • 1 scoop MyProtein Impact Whey Protein in vanilla (or your preferred protein powder)
  • 1 banana
  • A handful of your favourite berries
  • 150ml milk of your choice
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • 20g oats
  • A handful of ice cubes

This makes one large smoothie

Method

Now, this is the easy bit! Throw everything into a blender. No fancy technique, just vibes. If it’s too thick for you, add a splash more milk, and if it’s too runny, add some more oats.

Pour into your cutest glass (or a massive shaker if you’re on the go), sip and enjoy!
