In short: a role model for people everywhere

We're looking for female-identifying students in the US, who've made a real difference in their community. This could be any kind of contribution you find inspirational be it social, cultural, political, educational or economic. Don’t worry, you’ve got this.

How you'll be rewarded

The winner of UNiDAYS International Women's Day will get $2500!

Four runners-up will receive $100.

Bita Goldman, Esq. is the Senior Counsel and General Manager for Unidays, Inc. She has spoken on many panels and has been quoted by publications as the thought leader in successfully growing a business's bottom line profitability. In her free time, Bita provides pro-bono legal representation and advocacy for victims of domestic violence in the New York and New Jersey Area.

Kristi is the Global Head of our Launchpad program at UNiDAYS which brings life-changing opportunities to students around the world. She is a thought-leader on the subject of conscious capitalism - helping brands do good for others. She is also an award winning songwriter, was crowned Miss Montana (yas, queen), and is an international public speaker for the student non-profit, Rachel’s Challenge. Advocating for young people has been Kristi’s passion all of her career.

Liz has been in the vanguard of advertising and media innovation for the last ten years, leading teams at The New York Times, Huffington Post and Federated Media. Now, as the global content VP at UNiDAYS, Liz is focused on telling stories that engage and inspire a student audience. In all her roles, Liz has made mentoring and advocating for ambitious young women a priority.

A former Fulbright fellow, Emma is a passionate advocate for women’s professional development. As a content strategist at UNiDAYS where she focuses on telling stories that resonate with students.

Brandi's career over the last 10 years has been centered around brand building & Creative Marketing. She's worked with a number of high profile brands helping to craft their image and generate brand awareness. In addition to her work with brands, she's always had a passion for people, championing diversity, with a natural ability to spot potential.
