Life.... finds a way

So the new Jurassic World movie was just released. It includes, of course, all of the herbivores and carnivores that we know and love along with a few surprise species. Don’t worry I will keep it spoiler free because it’s not just the movie we are here to talk about. Jeff Goldblum is really at the center of my attention.

I don’t know about you but after I saw the previews for Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom that included one of our favorite original cast members I was ready to run to theaters. His screen time is not insanely long, but his lines are very key to the movie. His character has always seemed to serve as the voice of reason in the original Jurassic Park movies. It is no different in this new one. What also remains the same is people don’t tend to listen to his expertise. This usually results in lots of good action scenes so we aren’t really complaining. Oddly enough, Goldblum was almost certain his role would get cut... but boy was he wrong.

So basically the movie is definitely worth a watch (very reminiscent of Jurassic Park: The Lost World). Because yes dinosaurs and action. But more importantly Jeff Goldblum…
