When Byron Hamburgers jumped on board we knew you guys would absolutely love it. Whether you're already a Byron fan (good on ya!) or you've never visited a restaurant (sort it out!), these 5 burgers are guaranteed to make your mouth water.
1. Clucky
First up, a wild card of a chicken burger at a hamburger restaurant but if there's something to be said for Byron it's that they know how to do fried chicken. Seriously, this fried chicken breast is super juicy and tasty and is topped with guacamole, sriracha mayonnaise, pickled red onions, pickles and shredded iceberg lettuce so it's fresh, crunchy and tangy and I loved it. The pickled red onions are a revelation and really cut through the fried chicken and give it a whole new taste. You've never had chicken like this before!
2. Classic
If you're a pretty chill guy and don't like anything messing with the magic of your burger then fine, that's totally cool. Byron's classic burger is simply their properly sourced British beef, ground fresh into a 6oz patty and cooked medium. Served in a squishy bun with a pickle on the side and lettuce, tomato, red onion and mayonnaise. No cheese, no fuss, just a great simple burger.
3. Smoky
Now we're getting to the big guys. The smoky is the same gorgeous pink and juicy patty from the classic but it's been jazzed up. A lot. Byron have gone in with the mature Cheddar, bacon, crispy onions, shredded iceberg, pickles and smoked chilli BBQ sauce. Hell to the yes. If you're a BBQ fan then you will love this. A little more simple than a lot of big BBQ houses but it means that it's all about the taste. This guy is seriously good.
4. B-Rex
Just one more ounce of delicious carnivore food porn before we get to the veggie options. The B-Rex is again, the amazing 6oz patty in the famous squishy bun but topped with a huge onion ring, bacon, American cheese, jalapeños, pickles, onion, BBQ sauce, mayonnaise. This one gets messy but don't worry, we won't judge you. Get involved with the juiciness and you won't look back. Love the sound of the B-Rex but not a big red meat fan? Try the C-Rex! It's exactly the same but with the fabulous fried chicken from the Clucky. Incredible.
5. Bean patty
If you're a vegetarian or even just a meat eater that occasionally likes a bean burger the bean patty will be right up your street. Topping off the delicious bean patty are roasted red pepper, baby spinach, tomato, red onion, aioli and Byron sauce. Who said being a veggie was boring? Definitely not with this hunk of tasty-ness.
And, if these guys weren't enough to tempt you, maybe you'll be into Byron's old school icon the Byron? You can add chilli to it if you love a bit of spice too! Or, try the new icon, the BUNZILLA! This guy is a soy-glazed 6oz hamburger, miso-roasted bacon, crispy onion ring, shredded white cabbage, wasabi mayonnaise and homemade pickled cucumber. A true Asian fusion dish to tickle your taste buds. This bad boy is recommended to be served with the incredible Camden Kuro, a black lager by Camden Town Brewery that's been specially created to celebrate Byron's 10th birthday - how cool is that?
Obviously, you have to try a craft beer or two with your incredible burger, don't you? Beavertown Neck Oil is my ultimate fave but Byron also have their very own brewery and their own pale ale and lager! Byron have a huge range of craft beers from the likes of Camden Town Brewery and Brewdog alongside their amazing milkshakes and classic soft drinks to complement your tasty burger.
