I haven't received an email containing a one-time passcode

Make sure you have entered your email address correctly and that you have checked your junk or spam folder. Once you have made these checks, select 'Re-send passcode' and we will attempt to deliver the OTP email again.

If you are using your academic email, your institution may have restrictions that stop you from receiving emails from us - try adding {no-reply@auth.myunidays.com} to the safe senders list of your email client.

If you have tried all the previous steps, please use an alternative email address by selecting 'Change' on the OTP page.
